1 can Rotel tomato and green chilli 2 pounds ground chuck, 1 pound of hot old folks pan sausage 1/4 link of chapel hill link beef sausage small diced. 1 small onion chopped 1 teaspoon garlic minced 1/2 can tomato sauce 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon cumino 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/8 teaspoon basil crushed 3 teaspoon chili powder (Adams preferred ) 1/2 teaspoon chipolte chili powder 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1/4 cup instant mashed potatoes add last 20 minutes to thicken. brown meat, onions and garlic , drain fat in colander. combine all ingredients in a large pot add enough water just to the top of the meat. bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes to one hour.
