well done Sk if i did that i would have scales all over the house.
I usually clean all my fish inside of the house but when i
scale the bream i do that out side . I cut their heads off
and clean their insides out in the house then take them
out side to scrape the scales. That spoon is all i have used
since i was a child to clean the scales works good.
nice and crispy looks good.

With perch the scales are small and not as bad as some of the bigger species of fish.....
I can usually contain the scales on the cardboard but i still do a good cleanup afterwards....
I clean all my fish even when I'm at home on the counter top beside the sink....
Guess I know how to cleanup my mess as my wife has never complained about it.....
Definitely a easy way to cook them and tasty.....
